These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Car Doctor the Mobile Mechanic. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms.
All services are provided by a qualified mobile mechanic at the location agreed upon at the time of booking. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is accessible, safe to work on, and located in a suitable environment. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
Quotes provided are based on the information supplied by the customer and a visual inspection where possible. Additional repairs or parts may be required once work has commenced. Any variations to the original quote will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make payment may result in recovery action.
While every effort is made to complete work within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to parts availability, weather, or unforeseen mechanical issues. Car Doctor the Mobile Mechanic is not liable for delays outside of our control.
We take all reasonable care when working on your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre existing faults, hidden defects, or damage caused by wear and tear. Warranty on parts and labour will be outlined at the time of service and is subject to manufacturer terms.
